An event dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day was held in Cherkessk, at which the Head of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Rashid Temrezov, awarded high ranks to employees of the internal affairs bodies, security agencies, professional rescuers, as well as doctors, social workers, builders and artists.
Among the awardees - a star of the Caucasian stage Arthur Khalatov... The artist was awarded the title "Honored Artist of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic". The delivery order was signed back in 2019, but due to the pandemic, the delivery was postponed.
