In the repertoire of many Caucasian artists there are variations of the famous composition “The Circassians have such a custom”. It is about respect for elders, love for younger ones, about good neighborliness and patriotism expressed in customs that every adyg honors and respects.

Muhamed Kazdohov I also prepared for my listeners my own version of this song, the words to which were written by Kirimize Zhane, and the music by Goshnau Samogova.
“When I first heard the song “This is the custom of the Circassians,” I was filled with pride for my people. I wanted to live up to her, to be a worthy son of my people. This composition clearly reflects features that perfectly characterize the way of life of the Circassians. I have always wanted to perform this song and it is a great honor for me to present it to the listeners from my lips,” says Muhamed.
